Cluster Head – Fleet

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the P&L of the geographic cluster for business generated through engagement with fleet-owners and network partners
  • Drive cluster specific business and revenue target
  • Coach and manage team to meet their targets
  • Leading the revenue maximization efforts through upsell and cross sell
  • Responsible for assessing, clarifying and validating customer needs on a regular basis
  • Ensure outstanding customer experience and success

Requisites:

  • 8+ experience in Commercial Vehicle industry in similar roles
  • Experience in both sales and service will be an advantage
  • Strong local market connects and understanding
